Healthcare Expert, Servant Leadership Coach, and Certified Speaker – The engaging Carolyn M Rubin has played many roles in her 3 decade long career. But the one thing common to all has been ‘service’. Carolyn is defined by her Life of Service and clients she has helped all over the world.
Beginning her professional life with a technical degree, she had an inside view of the medical fraternity in her 32 years as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, revenue cycle expert, coding educator, medical assistant instructor and operations.
“My passion is to ensure that patients have access to clinical and financial care while reducing the operational burden on clinicians. I have a motto I live by – Every day you go to work, walk through the doors with the eyes of a patient, if you do this, you will always be successful.”
Understanding the challenges that healthcare providers and practices face today have allowed Carolyn to add value through that connection. She provides guidance and support to the clinical teams as they learn new processes which in turn helps them to focus more on patient care. Her healthcare experience has also allowed her to identify challenges and provide a strategic approach for leadership and growth within an organization.

I work with leaders to help them understand the challenges they are experiencing and equip them with the tools to successfully build a healthy practice with an atmosphere of trust, servant leadership, and communication.”
Carolyn is a Certified Speaker, Mentor and Coach with Maxwell Leadership; a Certified Maxwell Disc Trainer and Consultant; and Team Ambassador and Founding Member of Maxwell Leadership Corporate Facilitator Program.
